Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular)

An established financial client of ours is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic development team working on business-critical platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable applications across the full technology stack
• Develop user interfaces using modern Angular frameworks
• Implement backend services using Java and related frameworks
• Create and integrate RESTful services across internal and external systems
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint deliverables
• Review code and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with troubleshooting and production issue resolution
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced developers

Required Experience:

• Strong commercial experience in full stack software development (approx. 8+ years)
• Proven expertise in Java (modern versions) and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Solid front-end development experience with Angular
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST)
• Background working in Agile teams
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tooling (e.g. Git, build pipelines)
• Experience working with containerised environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with relational databases
